Welcome to BonnyHome Delivery. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Description
BonnyHome Delivery provides furniture pickup and delivery services in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
We specialize in:
  • Store pickups (IKEA, Ashley, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
  • Residential delivery
  • Same-day or scheduled delivery
  • Evening and weekend service
2. Booking & Communication
All requests are submitted through our website form.
Primary communication is conducted via:
  • Text message (SMS)
  • Email
  • Photo confirmation may be provided at pickup and delivery.
Phone calls are not required unless necessary.
Client agrees to provide accurate information including:
  • Pickup location
  • Delivery address
  • Order details or item description
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on:
  • Distance (miles)
  • Time required
  • Item size and weight
  • Stairs / complexity
  • Payment Terms:A deposit may be required to confirm booking
  • Remaining balance is due upon delivery completion
We accept:
  • Zelle / Cash / other agreed methods
No hidden fees. Final price is confirmed before service.
4. Store Pickup Authorization
Client authorizes BonnyHome Delivery to pick up items on their behalf.
Client must provide:
  • Order number / receipt
  • Pickup name (if required by store)
We are not responsible for delays caused by store readiness or policies.
5. Delivery & Handling
We handle items with care and provide:
  • Careful loading and unloading
  • Placement inside the home (as agreed)
Assembly, installation, or wall mounting is not included unless agreed separately.
6. Damage & Insurance
We are fully insured.
In case of damage:
  • Client must report within 24 hours
  • Photo evidence is required
Liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy.
We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Improper packaging by store or seller
7. Access Conditions
Client must ensure:
  • Clear access to delivery location
  • Accurate information about stairs, elevators, narrow spaces
Additional fees may apply if conditions differ from initial request.
8. Scheduling & Delays
We aim to deliver on time.
However, delays may occur due to:
  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Store readiness
Client will be notified via text/email.
  • 9. Cancellation Policy
  • Deposit may be non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled service
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability
10. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Items exceed agreed scope
  • Client provides incorrect information
11. Agreement
By submitting a request or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
